2011 proved to be a year that saw the ministry root itself “Deeper” in the majors of God’s Will. It is definitely a significant year of celebration to God’s faithfulness in our ministry. Time really flies and this camp marks our ELEVENTH year since we had our first YI Camp!
As we reminisce ten years of progress in our ministry, we can only conclude that we are still in the midst of change. We took bold steps forward despite facing challenges and we praise God for helping us to stand against all odds. We never turned back since then.
Everyone could remember the major shift that took place in March when we dived into Age-Specific Ministry. We witnessed the birth of Impact Life Young Adults. We are glad that all of us embraced change and believed for the best to come through. God led us through, to greater heights. Youth Impact now ministers to youths who are aged 16 and below while Impact Life constitutes strong young adults who are 17 and above.
Our Worship Experiences grew from strength to strength as we grew to be more fervent in worshipping our Great God. We believed that our worship did not just lie in the songs we sang, but in every way that we served.
Our Cell Groups also took on, what we believe, to be more than face lift to become Life Groups. The vision for Life Groups was to allow members to have genuine fellowship by doing life together. Praise Reports are a common facet in our Life Groups as members share the goodness of God with one another. In that, everyone is spurred to believe and act towards a breakthrough in the way we did relationships or even interact with our faith.
2011 was a year of many changes. We are joyous to know that we embraced change well and we grew from strength to strength with the multi-faceted changes.
As we celebrate God’s goodness to us in the decade, 2012 will be a year of new frontiers and opportunities for both Youth Impact and Impact Life.
From the bottom of our hearts, we want to thank you for being such a blessing to us thus far. It is our honour to be able to serve you as we continue to give God the best years of our lives. We believe we will finish this race of faith together. Neither you nor we will leave each other behind.
