Saturday Celebration Service (SCS) is held at 7:30pm to 9:00pm every Saturday night at the Upper Rooms, on level 3 of the Church of Singapore (Bukit Timah). It caters to young adults, families with young children and older adults.

There is a concurrent Power Kidz Church in the basement for pre-school and primary school children. The service is conducted in English and Mandarin. The Saturday Celebration Service is a place where people can gather for a time of refreshing and intimate worship. Preaching of the word is lively and applicable, with emphasis on family issues.

This service is especially children-friendly, with space for infant-in-arms, strollers, a separate room for parents with young children and Power Kidz Church in the basement.

Parking space is easily available around the church premises on Saturday nights. This service is an ideal alternative for members who cannot attend service on Sundays and for families with young children who want to have Sundays free for family time.

The Saturday Celebration Service is led by Deacon (Dr) Chen Jer Shih, a member of the governing board of the church. A practicing medical doctor, he obtained his Masters of Arts in Ministry in 2003. He has been in active Christian ministry since his youth, and is currently a part-time staff in COSBT. He is married with three children. Dr Chen is supported by Pastor Ong Tiong Chuan, the missions pastor of COSBT, Deacon Yieh Yoke Hiong, and a dedicated team of lay members.
